1. Scope and licence
These terms cover the app, web app, downloads, update services and documentation provided by PAJA Software UG (haftungsbeschränkt). You receive a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use released versions as intended. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licences.
2. Local data and backups
Product data are primarily local. You are responsible for suitable backups, safe handling of exports and checking the effect of imports or deletion. We cannot provide server-side restoration of local-only content.
3. Updates and acceptable use
We may provide security, compatibility and feature updates and discontinue outdated systems after an appropriate transition. Do not bypass security, distribute malicious code, infringe third-party rights or overload services.
4. Availability
Local core functionality is designed to work without a permanent connection. Website, downloads, support and update checks may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, faults or force majeure.
5. Liability
Statutory warranty and liability rules apply. Liability remains unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, product liability and guarantees. For slight negligence involving essential obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable typical loss. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Law and changes
Material changes will be published with reasonable notice. German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence.
